Final Preparations - July 17th Day -1

Sunday in Vancouver saw us take the bikes to the "Bike Doctor" to make sure they were all in order and fit a front rack for some extra panniers on Woody's bike. We followed this by a great lunch and a brief sight seeing tour of Vancouver.

We had had a great time in Vancouver, enjoyed the hospitality, and thanks must go to Simon Smoldon for organising everything, Pat Riordan, Gareth Rees and Team Canada for making the time to support the IPF, Brendan "Pizzle" for putting us up for two nights, and all the hospitality shown by Burnaby Lake RUFC.
