We woke a little groggy from the night before to meet up with Simon Smoldon, Ben's brother. He had organised a great day for us, we were going to meet up with some of the Canadian World Cup squad, including captain Pat Riordan.

Tom even managed to represent a side from Abbotsford, against Burnaby Lake, risking injury in the process.

After a great night out with the Burnanby Lake guy's at the Foggy Doo, including a post bar Denny's we went back to our digs and prepared for our final day in Vancouver.
